Attendance Scan & Reports
Introduction
The Attendance Scan feature in the Event Management System (E-Desk) allows organizers to track participant presence during each Agenda session of a Confer.
All scanned data is linked to the Conf Programme Attendee , ensuring accurate attendance tracking and reporting.
Attendance Scan
1. Enable Scanning for Agenda
- While creating or editing a Confer, go to the Agenda table.
- For each agenda item, tick the Scan checkbox to enable attendance scanning for that session.
2. Opening Attendance Scan from Dashboard / Conf Programme Attendee
- Navigate to Attendance Scan from the Confer dashboard or search Conf Programme Attendee in the search bar.
- Select the Confer Event and the Program/Agenda session.
- Scan the QR code of an Event Participant.
All scanned entries are automatically recorded in the Scanned List child table and linked to the Conf Programme Attendee master.
3. Event Attendee Report
- To check attendance for each program, open the Event Attendee Report.
- This report retrieves data from the Conf Programme Attendee master and displays the list of participants who attended each agenda session.
Resource Report
1. Confer Attachments
- Each Confer may include multiple attachments (concept notes, presentations, schedules, etc.).
- Attachments are uploaded under the Attachments section of the Confer.
2. Viewing Resources
- Use the Resource Report from the Confer dashboard.
- This provides a centralized view of all files associated with the Confer.

- Tick Scan in the Agenda table to enable attendance scanning.
- Use Conf Programme Attendee to capture participant presence with QR codes.
- All scanned data is stored in the Conf Programme Attendee doctype.
- Review attendance via the Event Attendee Report.
- Access all event-related files through the Resource Report in the Dashboard.
