Job Summary

Anther Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Cochin. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and skilled in promoting and selling innovative open-source solutions. You will be at the forefront of driving sales for Frappe products, including ERPNext, and our diverse range of open-source services. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  2. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
  3. Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of Frappe products (like ERPNext) and other open-source solutions to potential clients.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor solutions to identify new opportunities.
  7. Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and deliver accurate proposals and quotations to clients based on their specific needs.


Qualifications & Skills

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
  3. Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with ERPNext is a major plus) and a strong interest in open-source technology.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  6. A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed.
  7. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
